3.4 Account sharing — permitting or allowing any other person to access or use your pak665 Account — is strictly prohibited. pak665 may close Accounts where sharing is identified and may withhold the associated balance pending investigation.
3.5 You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak665 support. Closure does not relieve outstanding obligations including unsettled bets, pending bonus wagering requirements, or outstanding verification requirements necessary to process any remaining balance.

4.4 pak665 reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts, request source-of-funds documentation, or delay processing pending additional compliance review in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
4.5 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
5.1 pak665 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which supplement and are read together with these Terms.
5.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met in full, Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not available for withdrawal.
5.3 pak665 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for eligible players acting in good faith. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate offers, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
5.4 Where a player withdraws before completing applicable wagering requirements, pak665 may deduct outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak665 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11.1 pak665 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pak665 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the pak665 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak665's licensing jurisdiction.
